We now have an online option for you to access your account with us. This will allow you to receive notifications of upcoming services, receive invoices, make payments, track your services, and so much more. The platform we are using is Service Autopilot, which is a cloud-based field service solution for lawn care, landscape maintenance, cleaning and snow removal organizations.

We are thrilled to introduce our new client portal, designed to make managing your account easier than ever. Accessible from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, the portal offers a range of convenient features:

  • View Services: Check upcoming services, past service history, and any paused services.
  • Manage Finances: Access invoices, review transactions, pay your bill online, and sign up for auto-pay.
  • Enhanced Security: Set up your username, password, and security questions with top-notch security.

Getting Started with the Client Portal:

Step 1

Visit our Client Portal using the unique signup link sent to you. Click the green Log In button.

Step 2

Create a username that you can remember. If it satisfies all the Username suggestions, you'll see them get green check marks. Click the green Next button.

Step 3

Create a password. If it satisfies all the rules, you'll see them get green check marks. Click the green Next button.

Step 4

Choose and answer three security questions. Click the green Next button.

Step 5

Review and check the "I ACCEPT" box for the Terms of Use, then decide if you would like to receive email and text notifications. Click the green Next button.

Step 6

Sign in using the new username and password you just created.



We are also very happy to tell you that we have a mobile app that you can use to manage your account. You can find it in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for "SA Manage Service" and using the account info you set up online.
